Seafood Kebab

This is a must for Summer BBQ lovers and is possibly the best quality seafood kebab on the market today.

The kebab is secured with a bamboo skewer and consists of:

• Tuna Loin
• Marlin Loin
• Squid Tube
• Green Pepper

Once defrosted 3 to 3.5 minutes is all they take to cook (turn regularly over hot charcoal ). The kebab is delicious cooked on its own or with your favourite marinade. A taste of the South Pacific Islands all will enjoy.
